Popup pricing that only charges when it earns
Winky is free to install and free to use until your popups bring in $500 of sales in 30 days. Above that, you pay 2% of popup sales over $500, never more than $49 every 30 days. If the popups don't sell, you don't pay.
Free up to $500 of popup sales, then 2%, then flat at $49 every 30 days.

Work out an example fee
Type an amount of popup sales for a 30-day period to see what Winky would charge.
The first $500 is free, then 2% of the $500 above it.
A few worked examples
- $400 of popup sales: under $500, so the fee is $0.
- $1,000 of popup sales: the first $500 is free, and 2% of the other $500 is $10.
- $2,000 of popup sales: 2% of $1,500 is $30.
- $5,000 of popup sales: 2% of $4,500 would be $90, so the $49 cap applies.
The cap is reached at $2,950 of popup sales in 30 days. Beyond that, the fee stays at $49 no matter how much more your popups sell.
What counts as a popup sale
Only orders that came from a Winky popup, after refunds. An order counts when the shopper used the popup's button, a Winky prize code or a Winky link. Orders that didn't come through a popup never count, and refunded amounts are taken off.
These are the same orders and sales you see in Winky's Analytics, campaign by campaign, read live from your Shopify orders. So the number you're billed on is a number you can check.
Why pricing works this way
Winky is a revenue tool. It doesn't build an email list, so there's no list size to charge for; its whole job is to turn visits into orders. It made sense to us that the price should follow the same logic. A flat monthly plan charges you whether or not the popup sells. With Winky, a quiet month costs nothing, and a great month costs at most $49.
