Open Winky's Settings: it checks everything at once. The usual causes are the app embed being switched off in your theme (Settings shows a button that turns it on), the campaign being paused or scheduled for later, or the plan not being approved yet. A popup set to show on exit intent waits until a shopper moves to leave, and one set to show once per visitor won't appear again in a browser that has already seen it. Try a private window.

Winky's codes are real Shopify discount codes. Each one works once, expires after the time you chose (15 minutes to 7 days), and needs any minimum order you set. If the code has expired or was already used, Shopify refuses it at checkout. You can see every code in Shopify under Discounts.

Winky only counts orders that came from a popup: the shopper used its button, a prize code from it, or a Winky link. An order can take a few hours to be credited while Shopify works out where the shopper came from.

Free until your popups bring in $500 of sales in 30 days, then 2% of popup sales above that, never more than $49 every 30 days. Test orders and cancelled orders never count. It's billed by Shopify on your normal Shopify bill. See the pricing page for worked examples.

Cancel the plan in Winky's Settings, or uninstall Winky from your Shopify admin. Your popups stop at once. Your store's Winky data is deleted 48 hours after you uninstall; a minimal billing record (no shopper or order data) is kept for 30 days, then deleted.

No. Winky loads after your page and only fetches the popup when one is due to show. It is a Shopify theme app extension, so uninstalling removes it completely, with nothing left in your theme.
